  My home builder referred me here to connect my outdoor speakers to a receiver, when they arrived the tech said I needed a new receiver which I ran out and bought while he was installing the system, came back he hooked it up everything was fine for 30 minutes then it quit an, called the next morning sent a new tech out and he said the original tech forgot to plug in a wire, same thing happend worked for 30minutes then nothing, called back the next day, they transfered us to the manager/owner who refused to come out again without a service charge, he said couldn't afford to pay the tech to keep coming out, he said it had to be the equiptment not the setup then hung up the phone. I called another company which came out the brand new equipment was fine, cusotom electronics installer cut the speaker wire too short so it kept coming out. System now works great, unfortunatly we paid custom electronics for nothing.
