  I was helping a friend attempt to print some business cards from a PDF file on a flash drive to punch out business card stock. A previous visit had managed to get the printer to use the card stock, in the extra paper tray, although it took a bit of experimentation since the copier does a terrible job with paper tray selection in that it doesn't actually tell you which is which. However the graphic was incorrect and upon returning to Office Depot a week later with the corrected graphic, one employee was completely incapable of telling me how to get the copier to use the extra paper tray and the other lied to my face in saying that the copier couldn't do it at all (raising the obvious question of why it has the extra paper tray in the first place). I call it a lie since I had already managed to do it previously. Or perhaps they weren't lying and were just clueless. Frustrated we walked out, never to return. Office Depot owes it to its customers to have people in the print department (and elsewhere) who actually know how to use their own equipment. Maybe someone at Fed Ex/Kinkos will understand their own copiers because that's where I'm going next.
