  Brought my iPhone 7+ in for diagnostics. Microphone is having an issue where it only works intermittently. This was confirmed in diagnostics. I was given two options: 1. Upgrade the phone and pay a ridiculous fee. 2. Pay a fee for the claim through Assurian and have it fixed. I’ll admit I was pissed because the only options involved fees I can’t afford and temporarily not having a phone. I was in a car accident and I need my phone to correspond with my lawyers and insurance. I explored the option of an upgrade and they stated that because my phone was “significantly bent” (LIKE ALL IPHONES 6 AND UP) that I’d have to pay a damage fee. If you did a quick google search you’ll see how common of an issue is. I told the salesman I was working with that this as ridiculous and I’m going to switch carriers when my contract is up. He laughed in my face. I got angry and left and said some choice words. For my words I apologize. After I left I called assurian to file claim and they told me there’s no charge because it’s a malfunction. Leads me to believe that this store was just trying to boost revenue. Now I’m getting the run around. One star for lack of professionalism, one star for clearly trying to just get more money out of me, and one star for flat out lying to me. Can’t wait to be done with Sprint. With the amount I pay Sprint I’d expect 6 star service. Not service you’d get from bottom feeding carriers like Boost Mobile.

  Sprint employee really upset me with lack of good customer service. I called to check on the arrival of my tablet which I ordered on a Friday. Rep never checked but instead told me that if I ordered it on Friday, then nothing happened til Monday as far as USPS is concerned. She went as far as telling me Monday was a holiday (President's Day) so I won't get it as expected and it delays delivery even longer. I then raised my voice and told her she still hadn't answered my question. When can I expect my tablet to arrive. "I DON'T KNOW" SHE SAYS. Clearly I hung up on her and spoke to a supervisor. Supervisor said she had tried calling me since Monday to let me know my tablet had arrived. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? All the assumptions the rep made and my tablet was there the whole time!! SMH!!!
